A Completely Tailored Approach
Personal training is one-on-one instruction that requires a deep understanding of your goals, needs, and limitations in order to make the most out of the experience. Every trainer-client relationship begins with a full intake consultation which includes an exercise screening (FMS), health history, personal goal setting, and a conversation about expectations—for both of us. We will design a tailored program for you based on this consultation, and from there, we’ll meet regularly to teach proper lifting techniques, introduce you to exercises that target your specific goals, motivate you towards your full potential, and track your progress over time.

Start at $90 per hour and vary depending on the trainer and package selected.
